Born from a desire to foster local and authentic friendships, Laudergals brings women together through curated experiences that blend fun, connection, and community in Fort Lauderdale. Whether you’re into wellness and workouts or want to explore the city’s best restaurants and hidden gems, there’s something for everyone, and yes, you’re always welcome to show up solo or bring your favorite gals along. Each month, Laudergals hosts one to three diverse events designed to help women meet, mingle, and create meaningful bonds in a laid-back, welcoming environment. 

Founded by local lifestyle and foodie content creator Shelly Teal, Laudergals empowers women to step out, show up, and build genuine friendships while having a great time together.
